Our Training & Socialization Program

At Heavenly Sunsets Golden Retrievers, we are intentional about raising puppies who are curious, confident, and courageous. From birth to 8 weeks, our goal is to prepare them for real life — so they are ready for whatever comes their way.

Our puppies are gently introduced to:

  • Ducks and adult dogs (including other breeds)

  • A variety of people

  • Different surfaces and textures

  • Swimming and water play

  • Everyday household and outdoor sounds

Below, you’ll see photos of our puppies from birth through 8 weeks, and many more after they go home and return weekly for our complimentary Puppy Socialization & Obedience Classes.

Complimentary Puppy Classes

One of the things that makes our program special is our free weekly Puppy Socialization & Obedience classes for our families.

These classes allow:

  • Puppies to safely socialize with littermates before full vaccination

  • Exposure to guest dogs of other breeds

  • Owners to ask questions and receive guidance

  • Professional advice from a dog trainer

  • Grooming tips and obedience support

These classes are always a big hit with both puppies and owners!

Raised with Love

Above all, our puppies are raised in our home with constant love, snuggles, and gentle handling. They are not just well-trained — they are deeply loved.

We maintain a detailed checklist of everything each puppy experiences and learns. We are always happy to share that list with prospective families.

When you choose one of our puppies, you aren’t just getting a puppy — you’re getting a Heavenly puppy.
