Golden Retriever Puppy Socialization Meet-Ups
One of the most important parts of raising a well-rounded Golden Retriever is continuing socialization after your puppy goes home. To help support this, we offer six weeks of complementary puppy socialization sessions where puppies and their families can reconnect, play, and continue building positive experiences in a safe and familiar environment.
These gatherings are a wonderful opportunity for puppies to:
Continue healthy socialization with other dogs and people
Practice confidence in new environments
Burn energy through supervised play
Reconnect with their littermates and see how everyone is growing
For families, it’s a fun way to stay connected, share experiences, ask questions, and build friendships with other owners.
These socialization sessions are held at the home of the founder of Heavenly Sunsets Golden Retrievers. Her property has been thoughtfully set up over the years to provide an ideal environment for puppies to safely explore, socialize, and gain confidence. We have successfully used this location for many years and are honored to continue gathering there as we carry on her legacy and the passion she had for raising well-socialized, well-rounded puppies.
Please note: These gatherings are intended as socialization opportunities and community meet-ups for our puppy families. They are not formal puppy training or obedience classes and are not led by a certified dog trainer. These sessions are generously hosted by one of our puppy raisers who volunteers her time to help our puppies continue developing important social skills after leaving our home.
